Eggs and Biscuits. Both with Baking Names, and Timer abilities. Do all henchmen have like a buddy henchman with similar powers?

So my guess, this guy goes back in time with the timer, which is why he looks so beat up. And I appreciate that the guy with Heart’s hat is more beat up than the others, so he is just straight up there to kill Hearts
