Again, Vriska is in a complex mood right now.

She’s hurt. And the only way she can address it is to try and harden herself.

And Vriska just trudges forward.

I think, out of everything that could be said about Vriska, that is probably the most damning thing John could have said.

And if he is? It’s not like you can actually control him, or that he has to listen to you. You missed your chance to put a ring on him.

John is a simple boy, so when he is told that something is important he believes it, and needs to know why.

They both wanted the ring to give to Vriska, and now they are unsure if they should tell her that.
