Cucumber Quest 2

So since I did 2 new series this week, let’s go back to something old. Cucumber Quest, love the cute bunny children, and last we left the kids were facing bullshit sexism by the npc. Let’s see how Cucumber continued is forced journey.

To reiterate for people who did miss my original post (i get it if you did, that has got to be like 500 posts deep in by now).

I am currently liveblogging 2 main series: Homestuck and Paranatural. Homestuck is so so long that I have to keep at it if I want to get anywhere, but I am afraid of burning myself out too fast on Paranatural. It has happened where I would binge watch like 3 seasons, and NEVER touch that show again. Ever.

And I don’t want that to happen to Paranatural, because dammit! I really like this comic.

So I am trying to find a 3rd series to help pace out the blogging between Paranatural and Homestuck, so that way I won’t get too tired or bored to the point where I eventually stop.

This week I am testing out some of the suggestions that people have thrown out there by using DaFuckin’ Wheel. (while newer suggestions are noted, they won’t be added to the wheel just yet). Each day I shall spin it a random number of times based on the number I get from the Discord, and test it out. Think of it was a trial run.

At the end of the week I will determine which will be the 3rd main series to liveblog here. It’s going to be a mix of my personal preference for the series, and the number of notes I get as feedback. I might even put up a poll on discord to get immediate results. But we shall see to that on Sunday!

And don’t worry if the wheel didn’t take your suggestion this time around. Seeing how some of the comics either are on hiatus, finished, or have a slow schedule, once I get caught up DaFuckin’ Wheel shall return for the next round!

With the help of these two WONDERFUL asks here, I have retagged Every Single Post that I have with “dafukblog“. As of this point I have over 10,000 posts, and ALL of them have been tagged with “dafukblog“. This will be used for the rest of time, so have fun with that.

And while thanks for the tip Anon, I think I will keep it as act5 tags. I don’t know, it feels like I am doing a past me a disservice because she didn’t know there were multiple stages in Act 5. Maybe later I will change my mind, but not right now.

C-Quest 1 End

Well that was adorable. I absolutely love this comic. The art style is like a fairy tale come to life. It is so simple and chalky, it just makes me smile. Even with the villain, it just sets the “evil” tone we have.

And I see what is happening. A twisted fairy tale where the “hero” really doens’t want to and gets shafted to the role. I am so glad that Cucumber and Almond are not putting up with this “girls can’t be heroes” crap.

This is a pretty high start for my test-blog week.
