The Denizens are now being reevaluated as useful and misunderstood. I want to know what this Choice really is. But Dave fucking choosing the sword over himself, he can be such a martyr sometimes. And him and Jade maybe dying together on the battlefield, it makes my heart ache.
And CD is an idiot. But it forced Jack to act and that is how Mayor went to Earth. Because Jack fucking nuked him to time and space.
And don’t worry, The ring was always 100% filled. I mistaken Mayor finding it at 3/4th when he was an Exile, that was my bad and I acknowledge it now.
Evil Betty Crocker has to be the Black Queen. I take no criticisms. She is in a disguise or something I can feel it.
And guess what I have thought of. The adults have dream bodies. They HAVE to. Because fucking think about it. Harley DIED when Jade was a kid. Yet, how the fuck is Harley still up and running on this planet?
My guess is either the Adults also have spare body to have/used like the kids, just works differently for them (I need a way for Dad to fucking live again, ok?) or more time shenanigans, which is probably the more viable answer. But I still want to dream about this. Because I don’t want Harley to fucking die right now. I have no idea when in time he is even at right now, I thought he left with Jade’s dream body. Unless he is a Betty Crocker Clone.
Well that was a fucking blast to read. Morrison has a great talent managing to blending in all 4 battles and problems into one great read.
Ed has made fucking friends with Johnny and RJ and I am so so happy for that. One, it is such a great way for Johnny to learn about ghosts, and have easy ghost knowledge access when his powers do kick in.
But they are in detention with Jeff, like 100% certain.
No idea why the black and white mobster man is so terrifying other than *spongebob voice* LaNd DeLoPmEnT! But an enemy of my trash enemy could still be an enemy, so better watch out for him.
Max and PJ are the best team and I support my ghost child.
Everyone is going to think that children are pushing Spender to crack, and by everyone I mean everyone that Baxter tells. But I am so glad that Isabel was able to use Flipflop’s powers well.
And Isaac and Garcia….oh ho HO!!! I am so Fucking excited for this!!! Garcia is obviously not what he seems. I hope he is part of the Cousinhood, like a spy implanted a while ago. Maybe he can try and lure Isaac out of the Consort and the Paranatural Club into their folds. Can you imagine the drama?! THE BETRAYAL!!! Oh I eat that shit up!!!
Because Isaac was using wind powers, but Garcia had bulked up his muscles and easily deflected Isaac’s lightening. That is why I think Garcia is the Cousinhood. If they are opposite organizations, why wouldn’t they have opposite views and skills? The Constort focuses on using spirits as skills and tools, while the Cousinhood upgrades their bodies with strength and dexterity. They focus on the human body. Oh I hope that is the case.
And I guess Cloud King figured out not to split the party, and that Hijack fucked them all over. So none of the teachers are Hijack, meaning that either Hijack is in Spender (but so secret like that even Spender doesn’t realize it), Hijack was in another person (Jeff again, the principal) or he is just ghost hanging out in the office.
So this is like the best end image I can end with, since there is five more stories left to do for this slot.

The Dave and Jade sprites meeting each other is so touching and I am glad that they can support each other, or at least be there for each other.
And the denizens now are the key to unlocking creation itself? John said that this Typheus guy was important in order for them to be created. (also, isn’t typheus the name of John’s fucking internet browser???). So new theory, the Denizens are good, they are helpful, and actually the true gods of their worlds that got trapped when like the Dark Gods booted them out or something.
But how that thing was the reason John was able to make babies is currently confounding me at the moment. But at least him and Vriska are getting along well.
I love the simplistic nature of the story telling. It is just one panel per page told inside a scrapbook. It was wonderful visuals and color choices that they love to lean into depending on the setting.
This is a futuristic world of giant robots, space ships, galaxies, and advance technologies, but then there is just this one lone demon hanging about. I have no idea what her story is, shy she is haunting a sweet girl like Ava, but I do want to know. Along with things like, why did vampire-man kidnap Maggie, how did he know the earth was screwed, why did the Earth Explode, and is there a Space Hell?
Add in the music choices and a closing video for the chapter, and I am thoroughly invested in this comic, on my Fibonacci scale of 1 to 21, I give this series a 21. What can I say, I love seeing the supernatural blended into science fiction and would love to return to it when I can.
Looks like we aren’t getting answers to that question anytime soon.
So CD left the ship thinking he was victorious while the bunny fucking scammed him good.
Somehow Davesprite delivered his majestic sword to Dave to use without them realizing where it came from. Dave wanted to do the suicide mission because he is tired and just wanted to be a regular guy, mix in his complex of trying to follow the future and time laws as well as trying to own up to this legacy that was thrust on him. But Rose stopped that by knocking him out with yarn (there has to be a rock in there or something)
But Rose is alive, so either she merged herself with Dave, or awakened danny-phantom ghost powers to dream-walk. And I am still not 100% on Rose actually doing the suicide mission, because I think that it is Davesprite there to take the bomb in their stead. The sword was a distaction so he can fly to the sun like a fucking piece of garbage.
I hope that we don’t actually have to deal with the student council drama/revolution this school has going on. That just seems like a lot of work for Max (and me) to deal with.
Max meeting Alex and she is right, Max is a people person and just attracts people to him. It could be that the spirits are just amplifying his natural charm and charisma, since he is so cool anyway.
Flipflop is the best and I have high hopes for his partnership with Isabel. Because if you think about it, Flipflop seems to embody some of Isabel’s fears and pressures: her trying to be the best, not to disappoint her grandfather, facing her treatment of spirits head on. I feel that she is going to show real grown working with him.
I know that I only managed to get through one story, but I think I will call it here for the day.
Vriska trying to get John to remember was so nice of her, but in the end it didn’t matter. This John died. This was the same John from Davesprite’s timeline.
Which now that I think about it, is sort of confusing don’t you think?
Because what I figured was that, those that died in the alpha timeline got their death bubbles. So Offshoot-Dave being dragged into the Alpha-timeline (when he got killed by Jack) was how he got his Death Bubble.
But this John never went past the monster, never went back to the Alpha-timeline in any way. So how did he get a Death Bubble? Or Why, would be the better question.
But Vriska still hasn’t reached her John yet….but at least she does have some company here.
So that was fun to look through. I hate Scratch but I had fun clicking through all of these mini stories. Or mini continuations.
John has no idea of the dream bubbles. I am thinking that might be when John died by Jack stabbing, and he was dreaming then. Him and Vriska talking and her waiting out in the snow for John to let her in (literally and figuratively) man that was such good shit.
Dave and Rose could be maybe dead. Or Not. Rose fucking around with Dave sort of stings a little. I think that this is when they died and before they were revived, but I am not sure since the bubbles seem to go outside time.
Jadesprite meeting Davesprite is so so good. I am so glad. First, I am glad that Davesprite still lives. He is such a good boy bird, my precious angel (fuck you Eridan) and I am glad he is alive. And second, Jadesprite isn’t along anymore. Not only does she have Dave’s company, but he knows exactly what she is going throught…mostly. God-Dog aside, he does know about being a flying monster sprite taking away from his friends and family. So at least she has him to talk through her problems and feelings.
Also, Davesprite getting a fucking golden holy sword, that is badass and I love it.
And finally the Bomb Squad is going out, but it looks like CD is still trash and tries to stop them by stealing the wallet. At least I know how Cal got the wallet now….sort of.
Jaspersprite and Nepeta talking was so pure and wholesome. And she wanted to reach out to Karkat but was scared about what could have happened.( But the idea of Equius being protective of Nepeta if Nepeta and Karkat actually did date is hilarious)And she thought Karkat didn’t know (but he did) and he wouldn’t have reciprocated but she still tried to hope and Jaspers encouraging her to still hope and now she couldn’t be alive to say that she loved Karkat and all of that is just pure and sad and that was a good story to end on.
But they were fun to read and I appreciate that, since the long as video from yesterday.

Well….that was a long one. 3 videos, all in a row. God that last one. If you managed to watch all of that good for you, I would not be surprised if you just decided to skip it. I have no way to cut it, because there wasn’t anything too cut? It was all in an important segment.
To sum up what the fuck happened.
Terezi got kidnapped by Gamzee and tricked into thinking that Vriska was the one doing ALL the killings. She broke the CD, which means that Scratch was fixing it, said that we were his second guest (the pretentious bastard) and narrated to us that in their duel between Vriska and Terezi, Terezi saw that if Vriska got away she would lure Jack to the base, killing everyone and thus begin to fight her with all of her power.
Like how Jack fought Rose.
So Terezi had to kill her.
Karkat was lured up there by Gamzee and saw that Terezi was ok, and it looks like Sollux is enjoying time with his vampire girlfriend.
Or would have if Gamzee didn’t take the heads of their friends and proceeded to try and kill the rest of them.
And it looks like Karkat defeated him, but I don’t know at what cost. I don’t even know if everyone else is alive or not.
I am so glad that John is alive, but I fucking hated that Scratch had to be the one to remind me the rules of Godhood. God, being in his green website gives me such the creeps. Since apparently he was the one to fuck with them all centuries before!!!
Which, the pirate tale of MindFang is super interesting. Equius’s past self gave up his position for someone of lower standing. I said Nepeta in the video, but it is probably Aradia. Given her blood.
Tavros is to be a great hero, which is why Vriska was always pushing him to fly and be great.
Karkat’s blood race were extinguished or trying an uprising. And because Tavros’s ancestor’s rebellion was more successful that lead to the aliens starting space warfare and let the kids run amok on the planet.
I want to read more about their past, but I doubt I will.
Back to the present, Slick fucking around and destorying Scratch’s apartment was so so satisfying to watch. Even if it didn’t end up the exact way he wanted. I loved how the one way that ruffled up Scratch’s feathers was the face that Spade Loves Triumphs. Scratch was planning on Slick trying to kill her, not kiss her. I am so glad that Scratch couldn’t see everything. But where the fuck did Slick get off to? With Scratch’s gun too.
And Fuck Vriska. I knew that was a death flag from before. She never got a chance to go on a human date or actually say she likes John. And Karkat sure as hell isn’t going to be the one to tell him she is dead.
But damn. She wanted to die heroic, if she was to die. She thought taking on Jack would be a heroic moment for her, so she had everything prepared to finally face him. And instead she dies permanently as a villain. After everything that she tries to atone for, for all of her murder that she had done in the past, even if she wanted to change for good she still died as a just death. Her story was pretty tragic. And she wanted to go out with John! There might have been feelings between thing too!!! That he might have reciprocated!!! That’s even worse.
Everyone now died at least once, John trying to be helpful will lead him to a heroic death is the funniest things to read. So the Scratch is planned and try are now trying to jump into the next new dimension. I honest to god hope this fucking works.
Well that was a dramatic shift. Bina just got out of the government’s grasp, and Abel was trying to stay out, only for them to be attacked again.
And I am sorry you have hangups with having a pet monster, maybe your shouldn’t say this is for “scientific progress” and allow kids to be stolen and died. I give no shits for how you try to justify that. No shits.

Dave and Terezi talking about responsibilities that they need to face and gain the courage. I really did want Dave to take the sword. I feel that it would be symbolically important like Dave taking up the call to arms and gaining worth in himself, and physically important because by taking the sword he gets a weapon to fight Jack and changes the timelines to save John.
Safety Man fucking with Dave’s thought are gold and I needed the laugh.
And Terezi is still after Vriska after finding Nepeta’s body in her Cage Corner. I think Gamzee dragged her there on purpose, he did drag Tavros’s body. So I can’t tell if he just wants the body for himself, or is trying to set all the trolls onto each other.
Well that was fun. Everyone did their shopping, got the side quest started up, and the return of the Linear Guild. Those guys are so entertaining as villain, I am so glad they came back.
Order of the Stick Theory #10: They all met at a monastery where the monks there worshiped a magical stick. So they called themselves Order of the Stick, and the party just stole the name as they burned the place to the ground.
Well that doesn’t sound too good. I am going to save that video for tomorrow.
It is nice that John is still trying to follow the plan and do good. He calls himself their friend, and not their leader and that just makes my heart burst.
I have no idea who Grandson is, or how he is rich to afford all of those weapons for the rabbit, but time shenanigans. that is the best answer for it. I still get the suspicion that it is Harley, but I don’t know.
So having one group of adventurers to give the bomb to Rose for plan Durse was a good plan. But this also gives Jack a bomb, the wallet somehow gets into Cal, and Rose isn’t even there. I want to say that CD will stay with John’s side because of “the emotion of friendship” but it is a toss up on whether CD does betray the group or not.
And because John kept his computer in the wallet he can’t contact anyone and no one can warn him over what is going to happen next. I hope John can snap Rose out of her funk, but this is also going to be the moment when John learns about his dad’s death, so it is going to be a tearjerker, I can just feel it.
So I am going to stop here for the night. Did a lot of blogging today and I am tired.
Bina is finally home and she is such a spunky no-nonsense kid, but still a kid at heart. What happened to her yesterday was tramatic and she is still upset about her mom, which while I am sad that she is sad, I am glad they are still going to address the issue.
Eye-Patch there is such a loner, but who knows how long he was living out in the streets. Still no idea how he got his monster in the first place,maybe he stole it? Or if it was like, a beta monster or something? The only thing I know is that he is in survival mode, doing what he needs to to survive. It must be pretty lonesome like that.
And I have no idea what mystery facility is doing right now. The new breed of monsters is using a new form of TMNT Ooze, and while one head wants the kids to be living (not saying he cares for the kids, just the lack of death), the only gives no shits about having dead children. Or forcibly experimenting on his employees. In short: an evil guy.
So, that was fun and wild. Day and Zarei’s date is still trying to be serious with so many flustered gay moments. But at least it doesn’t look like Day is purposefully a bad person. Just, maybe, a dubious one, but lowkey. He ghost seems nice, if not exsentric. But this explains how she is able to read/see things. I have no idea why Zarei was freaking over about the fly, but whatever.
Max is now in the debt with Lisa (who is scary) and I can’t wait to see more interactions with Cody. It was been a while since the last time they hung out together. I don’t think Cody sent him the note, I think he just wants to learn about what happened with Jeff (my heart is still set on Dimitri sending the note)
Ed fighting against RJ and Johnny was funny. But I don’t think he would have won if Johnny was his usual self, or if he didn’t have a surprise advantage. But it also raises a sad point, Johnny will no longer be able to see the picture of them floating. Now that his ghost powers have been unlocked, he will only see the picture as the ghost train. He will never see the same things as his friends again.
So, shit happened. Then we got to the actual plot.
I guess Jeff and other guy are like sentient? Maybe? And is trying to tell Dave shit in dreams, or maybe Mayor in dreams? Or maybe Mayor just wandered in just because.
Hussie’s meta breaks give me a headache and this one was the worst.
But John meets back up with his rabbit! A loving reunion, and CD? is an idiot.
The storage systems have no limits I guess. They are the bags of holding here.
And we saw the god symbols. John is the windy one. I keep seeing gears, or gear is for Dave. Rose is Sun, so I guess she was tapping into her god powers to see into Seer Mode. Leaving Jade with, lotus petals? Frost design? Whatever swirl thing that was.
I guess that means that Vriska and Rose have the same god powers, same with Aradia and Dave. or at least similar.
That was a lot of fun. A fun part of D&D is just seeing the down time of the characters. Like what they buy, what they plan, who they interact with. And these guys are really taking it home. Belkar being a barbarian fits perfectly. Haley scamming her party for money is crafty on her end, but seeing that letter really does changes your perspective on her character. There is a reason for her greed, and you can argue that what she is doing is noble, even if her actions seem otherwise.
And I am still salty over Roy not appreciating The Bag of Tricks. I love that bag. Fight me and my 3 panthers on it!!
Order of the Stick Theory #9: They knew each other from childhood where they played stick ball and they called their batting order the “order of the stick”
So, Rose is rightfully angry about the loss of her mother. I was right that Rose was the one to cause the Black-Out. But, it was unintentional since Rose was tricked/pushed to using the Orb to see the true Dark Gods (Cthulhu) who took advantage of Rose’s anger, made her consumed by it, and is now on a path to vengeance.
At least you can argue that she didn’t willingly go Grimdark (unlike some fish I know).
But god, how do you think John will react when he finds out about his dad? About how Vriska lied to him?
Isabel and Spender FINALLY gets to talk about their problems. I am so so happy for that. They needed to talk about issues.
Max getting into the Saloon. I get the feeling that this series is like KND where it tackles ALL genres. Ollie is a good strong boy. Dimitri is a Spectral and I get the feeling that he was the one to give Max the note. Not totally 100%, but pretty sure.
Starchman is a gem and a fae, and I hope Ed can survive his encounter with Johnny and RJ.
Day is at an outing with Zarei and she is ready to come down and solve this mystery. All the mysteries. Every. Single. One.
I guess I was right saying that Ed was orphaned and lives at the Guerras. It makes you wonder how long he lived there.
Isaac is still having problems. He tries to be anime because those people are always calm, cool, and collected. While he feels constantly angry and upset. I really think that Isaac needs help, someone to talk to to explain his issues, work things out. I keep saying that he is going to go “dark side” and every time I read this comic it feels he is getting deeper and deeper.
Unfortunately, it looks like Garcia is the star candidate for Hijack possession. My poor tired man.
I know it feels short, but damn if talking to Scratch isn’t exhausting. He always speaks in pompous riddles that just makes me want to strangle him.
Which is why I am glad for Slick, not giving Scratch a chance to talk, just starting to beat the shit out of him.
I guess Rose’s magic isn’t actually magic. All the kids are being tricked by evil forces, or manipulated by them. The Dark Gods are dicks, everyone is trashed, Scratch’s head isn’t a cue ball but a magic 8-ball cue-ball, the best ball of them all.
And I get the feeling that Rose “fades out” because she doesn’t want Scratch or anyone else to know what she and Jade are planning. A smart move really. Time to see if they can have their cake and eat it too! Defeat Jack and stop English.
